SANDRINGHAM MEADOWS IN BLYTH(TEN DAYS LATER)

After removing 20 tons of soil the patio area was ready to be back filled with dolomite, pegging out the site taking the required fall on the flags into account the dolomite is then loaded in and raked out.Once the required level is achieved a wacker plate is driven over the new layer to compact for about twenty minuites. The base is now ready for laying the flags ,some manufactures prefer certain methods depending on the product ,this flag is a concrete product and the laying according to Tarmac should be on a morter mix of six parts yellow sand to one part cement. The paio is completed then foundations for the wall go in and the wall is built. The ground level over the rest of the garden is established by rotorvating and raking and now the fences can be erected. The turf is layed towards the end of the job and the planting last of all ,everything is hosed down ,the plants are watered and the lawn has a sprinkler .The patio is pointed with Geofix the next day when everything is dry and the job is complete.
